CALIFORNIA GREEN FUTURE FUND, L.L.P.

The California Green Future Fund, L.L.P., is a private, non-diversified venture capital investment company.

The objective of CGFF is to achieve long-term capital growth and job creation by supporting early-stage companies whose products and policies contribute proactively to a clean environment, a healthy workplace, and a stable community.

CGFF seeks a double bottom line return from its investments -- superior economic and social returns.

To ensure consistent gains, CGFF invests and works only with carefully chosen companies that demonstrate these fundamental criteria:

* Manufacture and / or promote the use of products that contribute directly to a cleaner environment;

* Practice sustainable manufacturing and business philosophies in company operations;

* Employ organized union labor at all USA manufacturing sites, where possible, and provide a living wage and a "healthy family" benefits package to all employees;

* Adhere to guidelines of open corporate governance regarding transparent financial accounting and executive compensation;

* Strong business plan concept & strategy, with solid marketplace potential, and a capable management team to implement it;

* Reasonable and likely investor exit strategy (or debt guarantee) and a return-on-investment commensurate with the investment risk.

CGFF actively supports its portfolio companies through a variety of financing options, as well as with hands-on management expertise in areas such as marketing, and labor and government relations.

CGFF typically occupies at least one position on a company's board of directors to assist management in setting and attaining benchmark operational and financial goals.

FUND MANAGEMENT

CGFF is managed by the Health Policy and Research Foundation of California, Inc., a non-profit, 501(c)(3) public charity based in Los Angeles.  The Foundation has operated since 1986 to promote research, discussion, and action on public policy questions that improve the general health and welfare, with an evolving focus on pro-environment "green" issues.

By creating and overseeing CGFF, the Foundation takes an active and emphatic role in assuring that the long-term goals of a healthy environment and a sustainable economy are implemented in successful and productive private sector models.

Companies in the CGFF portfolio serve as functioning examples of "green" businesses, providing a blueprint for action by other businesses and entrepreneurs.
